I take care of your business's technology
Your business is what matters, and technology has to work for it. I help you choose what to use, connect it and make sure it keeps running, starting from what you already have.
The free review includes a short meeting and a written summary with my recommendations.

01How I help
If any of these sound familiar, I can help:
Whoever set up your tools doesn't answer anymore, and nobody else knows how they work.
You pay for tools you don't use, or for several that do the same thing.
To know how the business is doing, you have to piece together spreadsheets, text messages and what everyone remembers.
Calls and messages pile up unanswered, and some of them are customers who go elsewhere.
Where time gets lost or customers slip away, and what's worth changing.
So data moves from one to the next without retyping it.
An assistant that answers calls or replies to messages, a dashboard or an automation.
Powered by artificial intelligence
Governed from day one: clear rules on what data it uses, who reviews its work and how to switch it off.

I recommend what your business needs, even if it's less, or cheaper.
Not an agency, and not a different freelancer for each thing: you talk to the person who decides and builds.
I work with you in English and can train your Spanish-speaking team in Spanish. And on-site visits to your business.
Accounts, access and documentation stay with your company, so you never depend on me to get in.

04FAQ
I start by understanding your business. That's what the free initial review is for.
No. First we do the free review, then an $800 trial project, delivered in 2 weeks. If we continue, I credit it toward your first month, and the monthly service has a $1,499 monthly minimum for at least 3 months.
I organize what's there and work with that person, reviewing tools and vendors.
At the start, I need you to explain how you work. After that, you or someone on your team approves priorities and reviews what I deliver; we agree on this before each project. Every two weeks (weekly from $2,999) we have a call to review results, and at 90 days we do the first outcome review; after that, one every quarter.
Yes. I document the work and keep the accounts I manage in your company's name, so someone else can take over. Before we start, we make clear what I'll hand over.
No. I work in English or Spanish, whichever your team prefers, and I can document and train in both.
Yes, if you're within 50 minutes of Norcross: Gwinnett, DeKalb, north Fulton, Cobb, Downtown Atlanta, Forsyth (Cumming), Hall (Gainesville), Barrow and Rockdale. Elsewhere in Georgia it depends on the case, and we agree on it beforehand. Outside Georgia I work remotely.
Neither. Support for the tools I manage is included in the service. If the issue is hardware or the office network, we look at it in the review: sometimes I handle it, and sometimes a local technician makes more sense. On security and compliance, I help with what a small business needs: well-managed access, backups, and the requirements your customers or industry ask for. If you need a formal audit or certification, I'll tell you in the initial review and point you to the right kind of specialist. And you get a CTO's technical judgment without a full-time salary.
Only if it helps. First I explain what for, which provider and what data it would receive, and you decide.
